Hello World

My first DW post.

I've (supposedly) imported all my LJ entries and the comments are queued for import. I just moved everything over on private for now. Eventually, assuming I determine I am in this for the long haul, I'll organize the imported posts to the correct filters and make them appropriately readable.

So, if at the time of this posting, you can see any of my other posts, that would be bad.

ETA: Interesting - I posted this via the POST link at the top of the page. When I got down to "Show this entry to:" My default "Just Me (Private)" was selected, but all other choices were grayed out, and I could ONLY post it privately.

I then selected to edit the post. At that point all of the options were available, and that is how I am posting this entry to Everyone (Public).

EATA: Ah, that is actually an LJ behavior I never noticed because I use a client to post to LJ.

Filters!

While I could not find it in the FAQ, I submitted a support ticket and was told (the same day!) that the limit on access filters would be 60.

This is much for functional more me than LJ's limit of 30.

Yes, most people do not use even 30 filters.

I am not most people.
